Who We Are
Ferquorianregalstay specialises in poker table and photo booth hire for private events in Clare, South Australia and surrounding Clare Valley locations. We handle delivery, setup and collection so hosts do not need to source equipment from multiple suppliers or assemble anything on the day.
Our History
The business started in 2018 after repeated requests from local hosts who wanted a proper full-size poker table and a simple photo setup delivered directly to private venues. What began with one table and a handmade backdrop developed into a focused event-hire service for Clare, the Clare Valley and selected Mid North locations.
Our Team & Expertise
Our small team has coordinated equipment hire for a wide range of private events, from compact home celebrations to larger function rooms and marquees. Every team member is trained to assemble the poker tables safely, configure the photo booth and resolve common hardware issues quickly so the event is not interrupted by avoidable setup problems.
Practical Information
Working Hours: Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00 for enquiries and bookings; event deliveries run from 12:00 to 22:00 daily including Sundays
Booking: Bookings are accepted online via the contact form at ferquorianregalstay.com or by phone during business hours, with a minimum of five days notice recommended for weekend dates.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event receive a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable due to vehicle scheduling commitments.
Payment: Payment is a one-time charge per booking, with a 30% deposit due at the time of booking confirmation and the remaining balance collected on the day of delivery. — Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, or cash on delivery - all accepted without surcharge
